The GNS 5860 is a GPS-RDS/TMC receiver with Bluettoth technology and a highly sensitive 32-channel GPS chip.
Bluetooth enables wireless communication with Pocket PCs, PDA phones, smart phones, tablet PCs or notebooks, assumingg that the remote instrument is also equipped with Bluetooth.
Description
THe GNS 5860 enables the utilisation of the following;
- Positioning signals from the worldwide freely available GPS navigation system
- The traffic messages from the widely available TMC (Traffic Message Channel) information system.
