Technical support is offered only in Czech and English.
Before you contact technical support, please try the following steps:
- 1. First download the latest version which is free of charge under Patches. You can find out the number of your version under Menu/Manual (in the pink frame there is a number, e.g. 4.0.4)
- 2. Carefully read the manual on the first CD in directory Manual/eng or on the DVD in the directory CD1/Manual/eng in PDF format. The manual is also in the application under Help.
- 3. Carefully read our "FAQs" which can be also found in in the manual the the chapter "FAQs" (GPS connection problems).
- 4. If the problems are lasting send an e-mail to:

Please describe:- a) your software version;
- b) your operating system version;
- c) detailed description of the problem and what was foregoing it;
- d) attach the log.txt file which can be found:
- in Windows 98 in the directory where Navigator is installed (most often in Program files/Navigator);
- in other Windows in directory C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Application data\Navigator\8.0\navigator.log.txt for PC Navigator or C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Application data\Navigator\8.0\log.txt for MapExplorer. This directory is usually hidden. You can unhide it in My computer/Tools/Folder options/View and here you check "Show hidden files and folders".
