MapFactor is celebrating its 15th birthday. We are proud of the many things we have achieved.
The company was founded in 2001 and a year later released its first application, PC Navigator. The following year it led the way by introducing a reasonably priced tracking solution VTU007. In 2005 the VTU tracking units became one of the first to send positions through the internet.
However, it is best known for the Navigator navigation apps for phones and other portable devices. In 2007 MapFactor released its first navigation product for Windows CE and PocketPC called Pocket Navigator. Since then, this has grown to support Android and Windows Phone. At the begining of this year Navigator was downloaded for the 30 millionth time.
