Navigator 3.0 for Android, which is just being released, brings great new features and many updates. Live Traffic information is the most exciting one.

Live HD Traffic information

Live TomTom HD Traffic information is the most exciting new feature in Navigator 3.0. Using HD traffic Navigator calculates a route to avoid unnecessary delays on your trip, constantly monitoring for new traffic delays. If a problem arises it recalculates the route to save you time and money.
This feature also works with free (OSM) maps.

Parking

Parking is another new feature in Navigator 3.0. It remembers where you parked your vehicle so you can always find it quickly in an area you don't know too well.

Truck restriction icons

Truck and large vehicle drivers can now see truck restriction icons on the map. Available only for Truck version (TomTom Truck maps neccessary).

GPS accuracy

Route recalculation is now dependent on GPS accuracy. A new infopanel with GPS accuracy in meters and yards was added.

Further improvements and changes in Navigator 3.0:

• Possibility to disable route recalculation during navigation (Settings/Navigation/Recalculate route)
• Sharing of itinerary function
• GPX/NMEA info dialog
• 24h/12h format (Settings/Localization/24 hour format)
• GPS recording moved into My Places
• Warning when vehicle type is Pedestrian but speed is too high

Last but not least, navigation instructions are now available in Klingon (Klingon TTS engine needs to be installed).
